REQUESTING A CONSULTATION

While the Law Offices of James D. Eiss focuses on Employment-Based immigration issues, James Eiss has experience in several areas of immigration law, including Family-Based immigration and student nonimmigrant statuses. He will consult with clients in a variety of areas.

James Eiss charges a consultation fee of $150.00 per half hour. Most consultations can be completed in a half hour. However, more complex matters may require a lengthier discussion. Payments can be made by check, cash, or Visa, Master Card, or Discover.

Please note that while James Eiss will consult on a wide variety of matters, submitting a Consultation Request Form does not guarantee that Mr. Eiss will accept the request. Submission of the Consultation Request Form does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is created only upon (1) Mr. Eiss’s acceptance of the request; and (2) the client’s payment of the consultation fee.
