Emilie (Ronald) Gough

Emilie E. (Ronald) Gough is an Associate Attorney. She first joined the Law Offices of James D. Eiss in 2018 as a Law Clerk during her second year of law school. She was admitted as an attorney in the state of New York in January 2020. Emilie primarily focuses on TNs, L-1s, E-1s, E-2s, O-1s, and R-1s. She also works on family-based immigrant petitions, I-751s, I-192 waivers, and EB-1C immigrant petitions.
A Western New York native, Emilie spent time living in France, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and New York City before returning home to attend the University at Buffalo School of Law. While in law school she visited New Zealand for a study abroad program and Argentina for an international legal internship placement. She served as a Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review and Managing Editor of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. Emilie is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Bar Association of Erie County, and Alliance Française de Buffalo.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing trivia, reading, and exploring the outdoors. She hopes one day to visit all seven continents (only one more to visit!).
