Consultations and Second Opinions

The Law Offices of James D. Eiss provides consultations and second opinions on immigration cases. 

Consultations can be held by Zoom video conference or in person, if you are in the Buffalo area. The pricing is $150, which can be applied to your case if you choose to move forward with the Law Offices of James D. Eiss as your attorneys. 

Second opinions can help give you peace of mind in your case. Reasons to get a second opinion include:

1. If there is something with your case you do not yet want to discuss with your other attorney 
2. Verify that information and/or strategy given to you by another attorney is correct or the best option for your case
3. Determine what other options may be available based on your unique circumstances
