Daniela Hoegerle
Daniela A. Hoegerle is an Associate Attorney. She first joined the Law Offices of James D. Eiss in 2023 as a Law Clerk during the summer after her second year of law school. She was admitted as an attorney in the state of New York in June 2025. Daniela primarily focuses on employment and family-based immigrant petitions, such as I-130s, EB-1Cs, I-485s, and N-400s. She also works on TNs and L-1s.
A Western New York native, Daniela spent time living in France and Italy before returning home to attend the University at Buffalo School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Student Attorney for the Community Engagement Legal Clinic, where she assisted local high school students in suspension appeals and veterans in drafting wills. She also served as an Associate Editor for the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review and as the Parliamentarian of the Jewish Law Student Association. Daniela is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Bar Association of Erie County.
In her free time, she enjoys international traveling, playing trivia, reading, practicing yoga, and trying new food. She hopes to one day travel to every Wonder of the World (only five more to visit!).
