Grace Vensel
Grace Vensel is an Associate Attorney, pending admission to the New York State Bar in January 2026. She first joined the firm as a second-year law student. Grace is primarily responsible for employment-based petitions for the L-1, E-1, E-2, TN, and EB-1C categories. She also assists with I-130 family-based petitions and I-485 applications, conducts complex legal research, and drafts appeals as needed.
A Central New York native, Grace moved to Buffalo to attend the University at Buffalo School of Law. In May 2025, she earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude. Throughout law school, Grace was an active board member for the Domestic Violence Task Force, a member of the First Generation Law Students Association and Buffalo Public Interest Law Program, and a participant in the Charles S. Desmond Moot Court Competition and the Representation in Mediation Competition.
Grace additionally holds bachelor's degrees in Global Studies, Francophone Studies, and History from St. Lawrence University, where she graduated magna cum laude. During her undergraduate studies, Grace spent a semester living in Bordeaux, France and Dakar, Senegal. She had the opportunity to travel to nine different countries while abroad!
In her spare time, Grace loves to travel, try new foods, and spend time outdoors.
